IPI Golf Club Applicants must be golfers with NO membership in any Golf Club here in the Philippines and who want to have their own true and certified handicap index recognized by the Federation of Golf Clubs (Phils.), Inc. to be used in Federation club sponsored tournaments and group play.
IPI Golf Club Applicants must fill-up the IPI Golf Club Application Form and submit online. Forms are also available in the participating golf clubs and may be submitted to the IPI offices or faxed to (632) 712-8485. The IPI Golf Club Applicants shall receive information status regarding their application.
Approved IPI Golf Club Applicants must pay the full amount of One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP 1,100.00), per annum. No payment, no registration and no refund.
An anniversary date, being defined as the date of the first year payment, will be assigned to each IPI Golf Club Member for billing for the succeeding years. Renewal of membership will be one (1) month before annual dues expire.
For IPI Golf Club members whose memberships were cancelled or not renewed and have applied for the 2nd time, will be treated as a new member and the same amount of One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP 1,100.00) per annum shall apply.
IPI Golf Club shall assign an "IPI Golf Club Identification Number" for each member and shall issue a personalized preprinted card (credit card type, size: 3.5" x 2.1") to all IPI Golf Club members which will be used as identification to the different participating clubs for encoding of their scores. A start-up kit, inclusive of the Personalized Preprinted Card, Prepaid Internet Card worth PhP 100.00, and terms and conditions, shall be sent to the IPI Golf Club Members within two (2) weeks upon receipt of payment.
The personalized preprinted card may also be used for privileges and discounts in various establishments and is non-transferable.
IPI Golf Club Members shall report lost or stolen cards. A fee of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP 250.00) will be charged for the replacement of the card.
Any request made by the IPI Golf Club Member for changes in their personal data shall be chargeable.
A minimum of 5 games played from the participating golf clubs will be required from each IPI Golf Club Member to be able to obtain a Handicap Index from the date of receipt of IPI Golf Club Identification Number.

IPI Golf Club members are required to indicate, at all times, their Registered Names and IPI Golf Club Identification Numbers in their scorecards to ensure that their scores are encoded by the participating golf clubs and to minimize, if not, eliminate errors in encoding.
System update to include the names of new IPI Golf Club members in the participating golf clubs is done every end of the month. It will take at least six (6) weeks upon receipt of payment before the participating golf clubs may encode the scores of the IPI Golf Club Members.
Scorecards will be kept by the participating golf clubs and shall be encoded after the said system update.
Scores shall be authenticated and encoded by the participating golf clubs and cut-off date for submission of scores will be the 22nd of every month, except for months of February, March, December where there are less number of working days, cut-off will be the 20th of every month. Cut-off dates may change without prior notice. The encoded scores before the cut-off date shall be the basis of the next month's handicap index.
The IPI Golf Club shall compute for the monthly handicap index of its members. The computation shall conform to the USGA standard of handicap computation and will be based on the encoded and submitted scores from the participating golf clubs.
The IPI Golf Club shall issue a system generated Individual Handicap Index Card (size: 3.5" x 2.1") on a monthly basis, and will be sent via electronic mail to its members respectively. Click here for sample Individual Handicap Index Card
A help desk support will be available from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays for inquiries of members and other requests related to their games played and handicap indexes.
The IPI Golf Club Members are encouraged to play at least once a month to ensure handicap indexes are updated.
In conformance with the USGA requirements, peer review shall be conducted wherein IPI Golf Club Members play among themselves in tournaments organized by the IPI Golf Club. ALL fees (i.e. Green Fees, Caddy, etc.) shall be for the account of the IPI Golf Club members.
IPI Golf Club Members proven to be dishonest in their submitted scores shall be expelled from the IPI Golf Club.

IPI Golf Club Members may inquire their handicap index through Short Messaging Service (SMS)/text messaging on Globe Handyphone.
IPI Golf Club shall not be liable for the wrong scores submitted by its members used in the computation and falsification of the handicap index. IPI Golf Club shall be fully responsible for the accuracy in the computation of the handicap index.
